Return and Refund Policy

Flight

  • a.Travel Gateway follows airline's cancellation and reissue policy.
  • b.To cancel/ reissue, travelers are advised to confirm Travel Gateway 48 hours prior to the travel date. Otherwise, no-show charge might be applicable depending on the airline's rule.
  • c. To cancel/ reissue, travelers need to call at 01756 304 000 or knock on Messenger. Our team will initiate an email and solve the issue upon confirmation from the customer.
  • d. Cancellation fee/ reissue fee and a Standard service charge may apply in case of any change as per airlines policy. Cancellation fee/ reissue is shared by the airlines and may get changed at any time.
  • e. Travel Gateway won't charge any additional service charge apart from the airline quoted fees. For the EMI method, the applicable EMI charge will be deducted from the payable amount.
  • f. Refunds will be initiated (if applicable) after a successful cancellation. Customer has to request to Travel Gateway for refund. Once the refund is initiated, the refund will be adjusted to the customer's account within 5 to 7 working days.

*Convenience charge is non-refundable.


Hotel

  • a. Travel Gateway follows property's cancellation policy.
  • b. Cancellation fee may apply depending on the property and the time of cancellation.
  • c. Date change is not possible for any hotel booking. Travelers need to cancel the previous booking and rebook with the new date.
  • d. Booking for black-out dates are not cancellable or refundable.
  • e. Travel Gateway won't charge any additional service charges apart from the hotel quoted fees.
  • f. For the EMI method, the applicable EMI charge will be deducted from the payable amount.
  • g. Refunds will be initiated (if applicable) after a successful cancellation. Customer has to request to Travel Gateway for refund. Once the refund is initiated, the refund will be adjusted to the customer's account within 5 to 7 working days.

Tour

  • a. Travel Gateway follows tour operator's cancellation policy.
  • b. To cancel or date change, travelers are advised to email at info.tg.uttra@gmail.com The team will respond accordingly to resolve the issue.
  • c. Please check the given policy under each tour before booking.
  • d. Booking for black-out dates are not cancellable or refundable.
  • e. Travel Gateway won't charge any additional service charge apart from the operator's quoted fees.
  • f. For the EMI method, the applicable EMI charge will be deducted from the payable amount.
  • g. Refunds will be initiated (if applicable) after a successful cancellation. Customer has to request to Travel Gateway for refund. Once the refund is initiated, the refund will be adjusted to the customer's account within 5 to 7 working days.
